DCI Careers is a Progressive Wage (PW) Mark Plus accredited employer.
The PW Mark recognises eligible employers that pay progressive wages to lower-wage workers. PW Mark Plus additionally recognises employers that adopt the Tripartite Standard on Advancing Well-being of Lower-Wage Workers, which covers workplace support in areas such as training and career development, workplace safety and health, and rest-area provision.
