Responsibilities:
•Able to support Mobile Phones and Tablet (Blackberry, iphone , Android phone, Galaxy tab, Mobile 8)
•Support VOIP applications
•Support Microsoft office, exchange, sharepoint
•Familiar with anti-virus and Endpoint Protection  Software (Symantec /Trend or Macafee)
•Good Knowledge of Microsoft window operating system and VMware will be advantages
•Strong Analytical and problem solving skill
•Good Organization and Communication skill
•Good Networking Skill (Cisco)

Requirements:
•Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
•At least 3 years of experience in providing network operations support and/ or implementation involving Cisco routers and switches. More experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles.
•Experience in configuring and administering one or more of the following: Cisco ASA/ PIX/ Juniper Netscreen or Checkpoint firewall
•Experience with Wireless LAN or VoIP is an advantage
•Relevant Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP etc) are preferred
•Singapore or Singaporean PR preferred
